Father’s Day falls right as summer is kicking into high gear. For many, that means it’s gin and tonic sipping season. Then it’s flavored with a unique line-up of Michigan botanicals. As with all gins, juniper is the star of the show. In this case, those berries have been harvested by hand on Beaver Island.
