Grand Rapids restaurateur Chris Perkey has opened a Mediterranean restaurant in Saugatuck. It features an assortment of dishes hailing from countries throughout the Mediterranean region of Europe, including Spain, France, Greece and Italy, and plans to offer delivery to boats docked in the marina.
