Treat Trek is a woman-owned, small family business based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The brand was created by Claudia Morales, who, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, followed her passion and headed to the California Culinary Academy. After graduating, she worked at several fine dining establishments in San Francisco, California, where she learned to make biscotti. You can purchase different flavors of this rich biscotti. we favor the incredible almond. It’s bursting with the rich, nutty flavor, and is even available in a gluten-free option. These treats are great on their own, or can be paired with some Ferris Coffee or a great bottle of Michigan wine. It comes in a package of four for $22, or you can order 8 for $37.
